The tile adhesive calculator uses the following formula:
Consumption Rate:
• 6mm notch: 3.0 kg/m²
• 8mm notch: 4.0 kg/m²
• 10mm notch: 5.0 kg/m²
• 12mm notch: 6.5 kg/m²
Adhesive Needed = Area × Consumption Rate
25kg Bags = ⌈Adhesive Needed / 25⌉
Notch Size: Larger tiles and uneven surfaces require larger trowel notch size.
Standard Bags: Tile adhesive typically comes in 25kg bags.
