📐 How We Calculate
The baseboard calculator uses the following formula:
Perimeter = 2 × (Length + Width)
Door Width = Doors × 0.9m (standard door width)
Total Length = Perimeter - Door Width
Pieces Needed = ⌈Total Length / 2.5m per piece⌉
Standard Piece: Baseboards typically come in 2.5m lengths.
Door Allowance: We subtract standard door width (0.9m) from total perimeter per door.
